2017 Independence Day parades around Northwest Suburbs of Chicago

 

Arlington Heights

Tuesday, July 4, 10:00 am parade steps off from Dunton and Oakton. Website

Barrington

Tuesday, July 4, 10:00 am parade starts at Barrington High School and will run along Main Street, ending at the train station. Website

Bartlett

Sunday, July 2, 1:00 pm parade steps off from Oak and North avenues. Website

Bensenville

Tuesday, July 4, 10:00 am parade starts at the Town Center, 12 S. Center St. Website

Crystal Lake

Sunday, July 2, 1:00 pm. The parade follows its historical 1.8 mile route beginning at City Hall. Website

Des Plaines

Tuesday, July 4, 10:00 am. Parade starts at the intersection of Oakton Street and Center Street. Website

Elgin

Tuesday, July 4, 9:00 am. Parade steps off from Slade and Douglas. 2017 Parade Theme: Prehistoric Creatures. Website

Fox Lake

Saturday, July 1, 2:00 pm. Parade starts at Grant High School.  Website

Hoffman Estates

Tuesday, July 4, 9:00 am. The Fourth of July Parade is stepping off from the intersection of Hassell & Hilltop. Website

Mundelein

Sunday, July 2, 2:00 pm. This year the parade will form in the Mundelein Metra Station parking lot. The parade will run west on Division Street from the Metra lot to California Avenue, north to Hawley Street, then west to Mundelein High School.  Website

Palatine

Saturday, July 1, 11:00 am. The parade will proceed south on Cedar St. to Slade St., east on Slade St. to Brockway, north on Brockway to Wood St. and east on Wood St. into Community Park.  Website

Prospect Heights

Tuesday, July 4, 9:30 am. The route will begin from the parking lot of St. Alphonsus Church and ends at the parking lot of Hebron Church. Website

Rolling Meadows

Tuesday, July 4, 11:30 am. Start: RM High School Parking Lot – West on Central – North on Owl – East on Kirchoff
End: Jewel/McDonald’s Parking Lot. Website

Vernon Hills

Tuesday, July 4, 9:00 am. The parade steps off at the corner of Deerpath and Atrium Drive, just south of Highway 60 (Town Line Road). Website
