Baby Yoga – 8 weeks to 12 months or steady walkers
Please bring a baby blanket and some toys.
Stretch, bond, and play with your baby in this special 45 minute yoga class designed for parents/caregivers and babies.
Meet other parents and babies while you strengthen and support your sleep-deprived body.
In every class we’ll do gentle yoga for parent and baby bonding poses, playful songs and baby massage aiding in digestion, immune system, motor skills, intellectual development and promoting better sleep.
Toddler Time Yoga – strong walkers to 4 years old
This class is based on movement, songs, stories and fun. Young children develop foundational language, gross motor coordination, social skills and self-confidence.
In this 45min class, parents or caregivers get to stretch, bond with your toddlers and relax too.
Courageous Kids Yoga – for children 6 to 12 years old
Kids today are under a lot of stress. Between homework, after-school sports/activities and over-scheduling they experience stress both physically and mentally and just like their parents, kids today are turning to yoga to help them relax.
Yoga for kids includes movement and games based on traditional yoga poses set to stories and music, followed by guided relaxation.
This is a wonderful way to help kids prepare for the life ahead of them. It will give them the tools they need to build self-esteem and reduce stress.
