Our top 3 toys from the Chicago Toy and Game Fair

On November 18th, 2017 I took my family to the 15th Annual Chicago Toy & Game Fair, the largest non-hobby toy and game fair open to the public in North America! It was our first time to attend this event and we had a great time!

Star Wars was the theme of this year’s ChiTAG, and we had an opportunity to take pictures with movie characters.

There were so many great toys and games to play with, but our top 3 picks are:

1. Squawk The Egg-splosive Chicken Game

Press the chicken and listen for the funny “SQUAWK!” If the hen house opens, the chicken will lay an egg that you get to “crack open.”

This game is for children ages 4 and up, but my 2 years old had fun playing it as well.

2. LIGHT STAX Illuminated Blocks

These unique building blocks glow with colorful light as you stack them on rechargeable battery brick. They have two sizes available, so younger and older kids can have fun playing with these blocks.

3. Match – The Crazy Cube Game

Make a row of 5 matching images. Great game for memory development, and strategy thinking in the all-in-one carry case.

Disney Princesses, Super Mario, Emotis, and more images available. Game for children ages 4 and up.

Have you attended ChiTAG this year? What are your favorite toys and games?
